Specifically, the R+D+i department represents 1/3 of the staff: highly qualified Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Mechanical Engineers. They not only offer a swift reaction for the reengineering of products, adapting them to new trends and demands but also, thanks to daily work analyzing the growing needs of the electrical network and betting on new designs.
