About CBM Technologies
CBM Technology Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of earthing and lightning protection systems. Our main products are copper-bonded steel earthing rods, wires and tapes. CBM Technology Sp. z o.o. is also the owner of the Galmar brand and purchased its assets, including production lines, machinery and technologies which ensure the high quality of our products.
We have been developing our products for many years and therefore we can offer products which satisfy each and every need of our customers:
– 1989 – Robert Marciniak develops, in laboratory conditions, a technology of bonding of thick copper layers (0.250 mm) on earthing rods by means of an electrolytic method,
– 1991 – an automatic production line for earthing rods is launched,
– 2007 – Robert Marciniak launches the first in the world automatic, fully computerized line for copper bonding of tapes and wires to be used in earthing and lightning protection systems.
Copper-bonded steel earthing rods, wires and tapes have 30-year corrosion resistance and, in terms of quality and price, they can be placed between copper products and galvanised steel products.
Our products meet both European and International Standards such as IEC/EN 62305-3; IEC/EN 62561-2; HD 60364-5-54; EN 50522.
